Andy Sheridan trained as an actor at Rose Bruford and has performed extensively in award-winning theatre, TV and film. His debut play Winterlong won the 2008 Bruntwood Playwriting Competition and opened at the Royal Exchange, directed by Sarah Frankcom, before transferring to Soho Theatre, London. Winterlong has since been translated and performed across Europe to critical acclaim.

With a CV that includes roles in Industry, Control, and Shameless, Andy knows exactly what makes a script “shootable” and “performable”. Having also served as a Script Reader across all stages of the Bruntwood Prize - reading and reporting on thousands of entries since his own winning submission - he brings a rare dual perspective to his dramaturg practice: the instincts of a working writer and actor, and the forensic eye of someone who has seen what separates a good script from a great one. He is dedicated to telling untold stories with imagination and clarity.
